OK so here it is, the latest release of the
RS-Downloader, available for download
HERE, don't forget the following needs to be done before using the program:
- You should mark the 'direct downloads' in your rapidshare options on the website.
- You should have installed the .NET framework 2.0 (usually this is already done...)

you should make sure that you've enabled direct downloads in your rapidshare options on the website...
Goto rapidshare.com, login, select options (on the button in the middle of the page), and enabled 'direct downloads', that should do the trick...

This is good! But, there are still some errors...
Broken downloads,
Continue when download fails,
Maybe Upload
Save download/ed links
....
When you put links with the ending .html it downloads it as a html file. For example if I'm downloading a file with the link rapidshare.com/files/rs-downloader.rar.html
It downloads the file as an html file, in the future release maybe you can fix it so that it will download it as a rar so, people wont have to go through and change the extension every time.
